Event registration
For data protection reasons, we require you to register via our website.
Please select the location-specific "Exhibitor Staff" ticket for this. Registration for the evening event will only be activated once the access codes have been sent. You will receive all relevant information and the access codes approximately 8 weeks before the respective trade fair.

Package acceptance without on-site staff
If your company's booth staff will not be present at the time of delivery, please complete the corresponding package acceptance form in advance and send it to events@vogel.de. The form for confirmation of receipt and the liability waiver for goods acceptance can be found here.
Important information regarding deliveries and collection on the setup day: We kindly ask you to deliver your exhibition goods only on the setup day. Deliveries in advance are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.
The same applies to collection after the trade fair.

Coming from the A40, please take the "RuhrCongress" exit. Continue straight ahead onto Stadionring. After approximately 400 meters, the RuhrCongress Bochum will be on your left.

RAIL & BUS
From Bochum Central Station, take bus line 354 towards "Bochum Zillertal" or "Bochum Keplerweg Wendeschl." The "RuhrCongress" stop is approximately 6 minutes away and is located at the main entrance.
From Bochum Central Station, take tram lines 308 or 318 towards "Bochum Gerthe". After approximately 3 minutes, you will reach the "Vonovia Ruhrstadion" stop. The RuhrCongress Bochum is located directly behind the stadium.
