Event registration
For data protection reasons, we require you to register via our website.
Please select the location-specific "Exhibitor Staff" ticket for this. Registration for the evening event will only be activated once the access codes have been sent. You will receive all relevant information and the access codes approximately 8 weeks before the respective trade fair.

Package acceptance without on-site staff
If your company's booth staff will not be present at the time of delivery, please complete the corresponding package acceptance form in advance and send it to events@vogel.de. The form for confirmation of receipt and the liability waiver for goods acceptance can be found here.
Important information regarding deliveries and collection on the setup day: We kindly ask you to deliver your exhibition goods only on the setup day. Deliveries in advance are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.
The same applies to collection after the trade fair.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR: Coming from the A9 motorway, please take the Großkugel exit. Travelers via the A14 motorway should use either the Gröbers or Halle Ost exit and also follow the B6 towards Halle. If you are arriving via the A143 motorway, take the Halle Neustadt exit and follow the B80 towards Halle Zentrum before merging onto the B6. Stay on the B6 towards Halle until you reach the signs for HALLE MESSE. Access is via Messestraße.
ARRIVAL BY BUS & TRAIN Take bus line 43 to the "Dürrenberger Str." stop. Bus lines 26 and 44 take you directly to the "HALLE MESSE" stop, which is located right next to the event grounds. You can also reach the "HALLE MESSE" stop using the S-Bahn line S3.
