Event registration
For data protection reasons, we require you to register via our website.
Please select the location-specific "Exhibitor Staff" ticket for this. Registration for the evening event will only be activated once the access codes have been sent. You will receive all relevant information and the access codes approximately 8 weeks before the respective trade fair.

Package acceptance without on-site staff
If your company's booth staff will not be present at the time of delivery, please complete the corresponding package acceptance form in advance and send it to events@vogel.de. The form for confirmation of receipt and the liability waiver for goods acceptance can be found here.
Important information regarding deliveries and collection on the setup day: We kindly ask you to deliver your exhibition goods only on the setup day. Deliveries in advance are only possible in exceptional cases and after prior consultation with us.
The same applies to collection after the trade fair.

ARRIVAL BY CAR
You can reach the Austria Center Vienna by car via the Danube bank motorway A22, exit Austria Center Vienna/VIC, as well as via the Reichsbrücke or the Wagramer Straße.
ARRIVAL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
From the U1 station "Kaisermühlen-VIC" you can reach the Austria Center Vienna in a few minutes.
From Vienna's main train station, you can easily reach the ACV in about 20 minutes without changing trains using the U1 subway line. From Vienna's Westbahnhof station, take the U3 to Stephansplatz and change there to the U1. From Praterstern station, you can also reach the ACV directly via the U1 in just 10 minutes.
